The Automatic Sensor Tap – UT-30BC is a touchless infrared sensor tap for commercial washrooms across India. Suitable for hotels, hospitals, IT parks and corporate offices, it automatically dispenses water when hands are placed under the spout and stops when removed — eliminating cross-contamination and reducing water consumption by 30 to 40 percent versus manual taps. The UT-30BC features a solid brass chrome-plated body, corrosion-resistant and compatible with Indian water quality conditions. Available in battery-operated and AC-powered configurations with battery backup for uninterrupted operation during power cuts. Deck or wall-mounted installation options available.
